• Generate surplus income to invest in growth of the company. In the process to enhance capacity of the plant by replacing old machines and increase generation capacity by adding modern machines.

Objectives:
During project implementation phase:

• To ensure timely construction and commissioning of Siddhirganj 2x120 MW peaking power Plant.
• To ensure timely construction and commissioning of Siddhirganj 450 MW combined cycle power plant (Erstwhile 2x150 MW peaking power plant).
• To ensure timely construction and commissioning of Haripur 360 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant.
